Before you order, we visit the factory and check registration, production lines, capacity and past work.

Before goods leave, we check them against your approved sample: quantity, workmanship, function, packaging and labels.
02Photo & video reports
You receive photos and video of what we found, so you can approve or ask for fixes before paying the balance.
03Shipping & logistics

We arrange freight with partner forwarders and quote it with your order. Transit times below are typical ranges and vary by route and season.

We charge a commission on the order value. The rate depends on the product and order size and is confirmed in writing in your quote before any work starts.

Deposits
Factories usually ask for a deposit before production and the balance before shipment. We tell you the exact terms for each factory in your quote, and recommend paying the balance only after inspection.
Frequently asked
MOQs are set by each factory and depend on the product. We include the MOQ in every quote, and where possible look for factories that accept smaller first orders.
